Things to keep in mind
- First of all, to identify its symptoms, a 'patch test' should be done, this will also let you know what are the things in everyday life that are causing this problem.
- Washing hands too frequently is also not good. Wash your hands when you are using the bathroom or when your hands are dirty. If you wash your hands repeatedly, the natural oil present will be destroyed.
- Some soaps contain harsh chemicals, so be careful while choosing soap.
