The human skin is the most unique and complex structure of the body. Its outermost layer is made up of dead cells that are constantly shed from the body. Yet it is through this outer layer that one's vitality and good health are evidenced. We all try very hard to keep our skin healthy and beautiful, but often forget that healthy skin is only a symbol of healthy tone and value. If you are not healthy from within, your skin will not be healthy either. Therefore, there is no more effective way to get healthy skin and eliminate its disorders than yoga because yoga makes you beautiful and completely healthy.
