Jamun seeds can be used by grinding them and making powder or churna, for this:

  • First of all, separate the seeds from the jamun thoroughly so that no part of the fruit remains on the seed.
  • After this, wash the seeds thoroughly and clean them.
  • Now spread the jamun seeds on a clean cloth and keep them in the sun to dry. This drying process takes at least 3-4 days.
  • When the seeds dry, remove their outer brown peel and dry the green colored seed that comes out from inside again in the sun for 1-2 days.
  • Put these sun-dried jamun seeds in a mixer grinder and grind them well to make a powder.
  • If you want, you can use this powder after filtering it or without filtering it.
  • Keep the prepared powder closed in a box.
  • Now drink 1 teaspoon of jamun seed powder mixed in 1 glass of water every morning on an empty stomach.
